When you submit a form or request a review, we collect the information you choose to provide — such as your name, mobile phone number, email address, ZIP code or state, and the coverage topics you are interested in. We also collect basic technical data like IP address and browser type for security and analytics.

When you opt in to text messages, we also record the date, time, and wording of the consent you gave, along with the phone number you provided. We keep that record for as long as required to demonstrate compliance.

We do not request your Social Security number, Medicare Beneficiary Identifier (MBI), banking details, or full date of birth through this website. Sensitive enrollment information is only collected later, through a separate secure process, with your consent.

We use your information to respond to your request, coordinate a review with a licensed agent, send the text messages you asked for, and maintain the compliance records required for insurance and Medicare marketing. Calls are recorded for quality and compliance.

Our website forms offer two separate text-message checkboxes. Neither is checked for you, and neither is required to submit a form. One covers appointment and service texts about a review you requested, your appointments, and your coverage. The other covers marketing texts about Medicare and insurance plan options. You can agree to either, both, or neither.

If you check a box, you agree that Kingdom Health Group may text you at the number you provided, including through automated technology, for that type of message only. You can still request a review by phone or email without agreeing to any texts.

We share the information you give us only with our own licensed agents, and with the service providers that run our forms, scheduling, and customer-management systems. Those providers may only use it to deliver that service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your information to third-party agencies, lead buyers, marketing partners, or affiliates. Every inquiry stays inside Kingdom Health Group LLC and is worked by our own licensed agents. We are not a lead generator and we do not resell leads.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand which pages people find useful. You can block cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
